It Takes a Village: The People Behind Every Win

We had new team photos today and when I looked at the first shot I visibly said out loud “I can’t look. I’m going to cry.”

I wasn’t trying to be dramatic. I wasn’t trying to be emotional. But it was true. How did God get us to this moment?

How many times did we all want to quit? How many mistakes did we have to make to get to this point?

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned this year is it takes a village. I want to break down my village to you so that you know what you see on social media isn’t just me.

Let me introduce you to my village:

My mom: director of operations, boss lady, therapist to all of us and backup for school pick up.

My husband: keeper and protector of my sanity, puts out signs, prays over me and helps with anything we need.

My dad: one of my biggest supporters and a voice of wisdom.

Isha: our property management queen and knower of everything in the office. She has literally done every office role

Joy: bookkeeper, snack refiller (she knows all my favorites), CRM queen, insanely reliable.

Kandice: social media trend finder outer, maker of all of the guides, expert gift giver, event planner, I love this girl!

Taylor: my sister and the most amazing transaction coordinator, knower of all the addendums/riders, insane level of communication.

Jon: will literally help with anything, putting furniture together, taking sold photos, putting out/picking up signs, running errands, etc.

Carlos: I hired Carlos about a month ago as a full time virtual assistant and oh my goodness! I literally feel so blessed to work alongside him. King of systems, so quick, works late so I don’t have to, he has been a huge asset that I won’t ever give up! So appreciative!

Jason and his wife Ali: maker of all of the amazing videos and the insane photos you see on our listings. I’ve begged them to *increase* their prices but they won’t.

Jaclyn/Platform Team: my full marketing squad, crazy smart at creating content that converts, social media ad specialist. I’ll never give up my market with them! Worth every penny!

And my fellow TWG agents: Bailey, Jessica and Gaby. The amount of gratefulness I have for each of you is something I could never verbally express. You each bring so many different strengths to the table and I am fortunate to have you here with us!

All of the people above allow me the opportunity to do what I love to do!

The hard work is all worth it and the pressure is SUCH a privilege!
