I can’t believe I have the honor of announcing that Gaby Becerra is now an agent at The Williamson Group Realty!
The ladies in my office know…. Whenever they would ask me who I’d LOVE to have in our office, Gaby’s name was always at the top of the list.
I love working with her on a transaction! I know she gives great service and she has amazing communication.
It’s not an easy task to be an agent at our office. You have to put in the work, be a full time agent, show up, and meet company standards.
Attend weekly team meetings, lead generate, keep the CRM updated, show up consistently on social media, be active in the community and serve people.
And we truly believe that we are creating a space for the best agents to become better. We provide coaching, mentorship, a private office space, a key to our entire building, signs, your very own CRM, leads, access to assistants, open house opportunities, free events for your customers, free quarterly branding shoots for fresh headshots and close proximity to other high performing agents.
And that proximity is invaluable!
We strive to serve our customers with a spirit of excellence and we want to make sure all of our team members and agents are in alignment with that same energy.
